Forza Motorsport 2:
Working my way through Career Mode.
Forza 2 seems to have me by the ‘short-n-curlies’ right now, and I’m slowly working my way through it with patience and persistence. I’ve clocked up 86 hours so far, covered 8.500 miles (do the conversion for Kilometers) and have all but won 2 of the races in gold, at which time I’ll have both the All Gold in the game, and All Gold in Professional Series Achievements.
This is a neat B and A class Mustang that certainly hugs the track and has lead me to some nice victories in the “B” class, and now doing some “A” class runs with it. The game is especially deep for those really interested in racing as a hobby, as the physics within the game are exceptionally good, and quite remarkable, considering it’s “just a game”.
With only slight changes to tire pressure, suspension etc, you can out-run cars that have greater horsepower than you, so long as you are ‘consistant” and stay “on-the-line”. Unfortunately, far too many On-line racers seem to think the games is a demolition derby, and create havoc on XboxLive. So I stick to the Career Mode, and the Arcade section of the game. And have just gone over the 100 hour mark recently.
