Fable 2 is a first party exclusive that releases in October 2008. It is developed by Lionhead which is owned by Microsoft and part of Microsoft Game Studios.

So yes, only on Xbox360.

I believe it’s due out the last few months in ’08, but wouldn’t like to put any money on an exact date, as Peter’s games generally run foul of delays . . .

It’ll be well worth the wait though, just looking at the various Dev diaries and footage.
