Volition moves forward on Saints Row 3.
Will it be Darker than SR2 ? – One can only hope

Well it was a few years ago when THQ/Volition announce Saints Row 2, and everyone jumped up and down thinking it would be “darker toned” as promised. But something definitely happened between the 2007 announcement and 2008′s release earlier in October.
Volition are again saying that gamers are to expect a “new direction”, perhaps a darker and deeper Saints Row 3 ? Who knows what will happen, will it turn out like this one and crawl along as the franchise wanders on? Or actually deliver on its promises to give gamers something different. They have begun work on the following iteration. Which is normal for franchise, getting a head start to keep releases closer and gamers satisfied.
When speaking with Play.tm, Volition associate producer Dan Sutton commented that his studio had “started work on Saints Row 3, and we have a new direction we want to go in with that, which we of course can’t talk about.” All Sutton could say on how different the next iteration would be was . . . “very.”
So what will they deliver? As news come to hand on the game regarding platform and release date confirmation, we’ll make sure we place it up here as soon as possible. i want more wepons including mp 40 k 98kar stick grenade and the soldier helmet to stil be in the game and i want tanya (from sr1) to be alive and found as a tramp how amaisingly lived and the player helps her and she jones the saints and the player starts to date her and the saints new hg is an abandondond subway staition and you can change your gang color and styel and more horid ways to kill
I disagree with da growing old thing cuz then u get a 51 year old guy doing a drive bye we dnt want fable copies and the whole idea of da game is 2 make a strong gang nt choose your own path if iam a gang leader i dnt wana b a cop or a fireman.but i do agree there shuld b ages . And the bandanas would b nice maybe one in your back pocket mayb even make your gang color and mayb a lil more clothes and grillz wuld b nice 2. Mayb a dog and yea more gangmembers follow u and yea mayb bein able 2 invite people 2 join
Might be a good idea if you used proper English as posters are asked to do on OXCGN mate under the TOU (Terms Of Use) and COD (code of conduct), as half of that post is basically unreadable due to sms or chat talk.

Persoanlly, I prefer the getting old bit myself though, as it is designed to show growth and time expanse in the world it is creating.
I agree with that owen guy on all that stuff. BUt if you notice it’s a similar list of grand theft auto san andreas. I mean don’t make it similar than gta make it better.thats why everyone chooses saints row trilogy instead!!!!!!!!!!
SAINTS ROW 3
saints row 3 should be a game you never get bored of,
1 of my ideas of saints row 3 should be that you get older throughout the game E.G start of at the age of 14 choosing to either go to school or bunk its up to the gamer and also age is a good idea for this game cause you can get arrested for doing things under age and when you start gettin older you are able to do legal things E.G smoke at 16, drink at 18 and ride a moped at 16 and also drive and go clubbing and the certian age the game should be besed on the ghetto and real life. You should aslo to be able to use button presses to make your homies or followers to get on the same viechle as you E.G if you are on a push bike the the all get on a push bike each and follow you and also with other viechles as if you were the leader of a convoy.
you also shoud be able to mount guns and explosives on to your viechles and you choose to put them anywhere on the veichle
in the clothing area of the game you should be albe to buy balaclavas choosing the style of the face on the mask and also bring back the over mouth bandana
also in saints row 3 you should be able to put your face on your character the same way as fight night round 4 using xbox live camera to make your self fell that you are apart of the experience of the game
also the game should include carreers like you can join the poilice force, swat team, army, navy, RAF, ambulance and also the game could include that your player can get persuaded or blackmailed to snitch on your gang or also betray your gang and join another gang but if you do betray anyone you have to achieve tasks to keep them from not knowing
you should also be able to custom viechles like PURE has done like choosing every single different item on the viechle and colour to make that viechle feel it is yours.
also instead of buying cannabis in shops like in saints row 2 you should buy it and other drugs off of dealers and arrange meetings for the higher class drug dealers
also instead of just having your homies following you, you should be able to go up to any one to make them join and follow you E.G police officers, bums, public, swat teams and instead of just 3 homies following you it should be unlimited so you feel your gang is world wide
also when you customise your characters appearence you should be able to make him have braces on his teeth and also teeth grills, give him acne or freckles, moles and also style slits in his eye brows and in his hair
also your clothes can rip when you fall off a motorbike or through the window of a car, also your clothes can catch on fire and also they can get dirty, you can also tread in dog shit and also your clothes can get wet when you jump into water and when its raining

i hope they dont change the whole aspect and gang stuff of saints row 3. do any of u think they will reply plz i am begging.
