GDC COD: Modern Warfare 2 Finally Concrete

Yet another great game on its way for 2009
We finally have some concrete details about the next iteration of the Call Of Duty Franchise under the guiding arm of Infinity Ward. A follow-on from their previous outing, COD: Modern Warfare, COD6 (check out COD6.org for great details on all the COD games) shows us some tasty speculative ideas as to what to expect come 1oth November 09 when the game hits the shelves worldwide. For now, until more details come to hand, enjoy a few screens snapped from the teaser.
It is obviously at an airport of some sort, as we can hear the intercom advising the arrival and departures of flights. They enter the elevator from the basement, or 1st floor, past the mezzanine to go up to the 2nd floor, which is appropriate of course, seeing that the game is COD: Modern Warfare 2 . . . .
They unpack their kits while in the elevator and when it reaches the 2nd floor . . . .
You can see the security posts and metal detectors when they come out of the elevator and walk towards them before all hell breaks loose.
We have a barrage of images and visuals depicting helicopters, tanks, planes and cities in turmoil, and the last voice we hear is the voice from the elevator again . . . what is the guy’s accent in the elevator and at the end?

Call of duty name is back
It’s interesting they’ve officially dropped ‘Call of Duty’ from the name.
Maybe they’ve decided to separate the franchise? It would make sense to let Treyarch do Call of Duty games set in traditional WWII, and Infinity Ward to do Modern Warfare games set in the present.
my guess, this could be the “intro level” much like the boat level in the first game, and this could also be the begining, what starts the whole fight as it could be a massive terrorist attack
I’m really looking forward to this game.
