Actually, I'll wait until next year, as there's way too many games to get and play that it's simply not possible to dedicate the appropriate time for each one, and enjoythem properly. Besides, by then, the prices will have dropped nicely, to an affordable range . . .I must be part Irish.

Many people think Italy is only about Rome, Venice and Florence, but I really love the smaller medieval towns, some of which look to feature (along with at least Venice and Florence) in AC2. I'd love to visit Italy again and both my nephew and niece are heading there this year! (Lucky Bums!)

As for the strange codes and the various time periods in the story, I believe the sense of mystery is on purpose: a sort of Da Vinci Code complexity that allows Ubisoft to make as many of the games as they choose with many sub-stories. Maybe like the TV shows LOST or Heroes...

How long Abstergo can keep Desmond a prisoner and keep probing his brain though seems like a sticking point for a long series.

The doctor wouldn't kill him unless he has to as he needs the 'genetic knowledge' Desmond possesses to find what they seek.

The PSP game is supposed to bridge somewhat AC 1 and 2: you will be playing as Altair after the events of AC 1 and it should link again with Desmond and probably Ezio too to lead into AC 2.

god i cant wait for this game.
being a Italian myself this is by far my most anticipated game for this year.
i just finished assassins creed last night and cant believe how indepth the story is, all the codes and writing on the walls.
1 question.
1 ive been told that in the psp game AS bloodlines you still play as altiar and desmond using the animas.
is that true because spoilers warning at the end of AC your left alone in the room walking arround the doc has gone to find the artifact once he does he will kill you.
so if you play as desmond in ASB why dosent the doc kill you.
thats the only thing i dident like about assassins creed the story is so in depth and complicated you have to be a feakin physicist to understand it providing you havent missed any of the code. i found a article on CVG that sorted out the codes and emails though.
but its nice to see a game with a extremly indepth storyline almost like a movie thats what games are lacking these days, they just need a simpilar way to explain it.
or have a DVD explaining all the codes and so, its a 3 part series so some answers wont come till assassins creed 3.
but once thats out hopefully they will have a disk explaining all the codes and such from all games because by then i would of forgot about AS1 and 2.
