Outernauts is a Facebook Game and It’s Addictive
A Quirky F2P RPG That’s Fun
by Arthur Kotsopoulos

During the course of E3, I popped over to the EA Mobile Suite Showcase where they were demonstrating all of their mobile/tablet titles soon to be released on iOS and Android devices, as well as Facebook with Outernauts by Insomniac Games.
Many were shocked when Insomniac announced that their next title would be released on Facebook and published by EA. It caused quite a bit of a stir, and personally I never paid much attention to it because I usually don’t spend much time gaming on Facebook since many so called titles on there are just intrusive and laggy.
Outernauts, for lack of a better term, is quirky, addictive, and most importantly, fun.
Is this a Facebook game worth playing?

Nintendo at E3 2012 : Other Conferences do what Nintendon’t
Nintendo makes a U-turn
by Chris Fox

With Nintendo having already teased us with a pre-E3 video (showing us the Gamepad redesign along with the announcement of Miiverse and the prayer-answering Pro controller) the gaming world held their breath for some real surprises.
Nintendo had left everyone scratching their heads after last years baffling Wii U reveal and it was time to see whether Nintendo could finish what they started twelve months ago.
Instead, I’m still left scratching my head.

OXCGN is giving away a bunch of prizes to celebrate our 3 million unique views mark, which for an independent unfunded international multiplatform gaming site that started as an Australian Xbox blog isn’t too shabby a number at all.
Tribes: Ascend- Shooter Mayhem
This time we have 100 keys to the closed Tribes: Ascend beta on PC to give you, courtesy of Hi-Rez Studios, creators of Global Agenda.
The game is an online-only free-to-play shooter which our previewer describes as having the “classic FPS formula we all know and love, but with a bit of modern amenities thrown in”.
There is a 2012 planned release.
All you have to do to get one of these closed beta keys is “like” our Facebook page and go to the Tribes: Ascend post and type: “I want a Tribes: Ascend Beta key“.
You can’t get easier.
